Ashley is great with my elderly mother. Very patient.
My 9 year old daughter rated her experience a 5/5. Ashley did an amazing job, mirrored the reference picture to the tee. My daughter said her new nails made her feel beautiful. Highly recommend and will take her back to Ashley next time!
Worst set of nails I’ve ever gotten done , so not pleased I asked for medium length and some is medium some is short and so thick and uneven, I’m so pissed off right now. And I’m calling to figure out the charges made to my card and not getting through…. Will not go back and definitely won’t recommend.
I have been to every nail salon in Ashland, Wooster and a few in Mansfield looking for a salon I could return to regularly. I was very impressed! And can’t wait to book again in a few weeks!!!! I have went through hundreds of reviews from everywhere, and I'm so thankful I came across diamond shine nails! I had the pleasure of Ashley doing my nails! And they turned out perfect!!!!!
Aaron did an amazing job! Answered all my questions and made me feel super welcome and comfortable immediately.
