When this first opened, I was so happy! The past couple of times including today, I got the top of the line wash and it’s no different than the lesser of the two. Today my car had dirty soapy water running off of it when I went to vacuum. My wheels are still dirty as is my back window. Didn’t look clean at all. The vacuum hoses just aren’t long enough either. Even though this is close to my house, I will be going elsewhere from now on.
I went for the first time last Friday to vacuum out my rig. It says it will take out $10 first just to vacuum and then credit back my acct. It did not. I only used $2 and it took the entire $10. I called to solve the issue and the owner inferred I was the problem and in running it for 3 yrs they've never had an issue. I HAD AN ISSUE and expect it to be solved amicably. I will further this review after tomorrow when he said he would meet and go over it with my husband and me (although very irritated and not at all courteous) ... read more

Have a car wash that works and maybe an attendant on site.
RecommendedI have had nothing but amazing experiences at this car wash. And today was no different. I had paid and was in line, and the machine had stopped in the middle of the persons wash in front of me. The machine said that it was out of order. I called the number on this Facebook page. The gentleman promptly answered his phone, said he was working on the problem and within minutes it was up and running again. Car was covered in soap when it said it was done to exit. Had to go down to the hand sprayer and spray the soap off! Sent them a message to let them know with no reply! Once again horrible customer service!
