***DO NOT RENT FROM DIAMOND STORAGE WACO**** Baylor student items was stolen out of her storage over the summer break. Very sad that someone would steal from a unit there period with property owner living there. Petty thief stole 5 bags of items that could be used in the everyday household and thought we wouldn’t miss it but we took pictures before we locked the unit. They picked the lock and closed it up. Absolutely outstanding. They went above and beyond to help us get a great deal, were extremely helpful, very polite and professional, offered great advice and information to help us make the best decision, and even helped us look up prices on other storage units! Outstanding. I’ve seen their sign when I drive past each day but never knew how awesome they are. I’ll be returning, even if I have to drive 30 miles to get there.
The Trans are some of the nicest people you will ever meet! Fantastic service while renting a U Haul trailer.

Under new management & these guys are great! A husband and wife team to boot! Always super friendly and willing to help with any questions or issues you have. Super clean facility as well & lots of room to back in and out of with your big rig. Worth every penny.
