Anyone who owns an RV has heard how bad the service is at Camping World. Due to a recall we had our first experience with the poor service and communication of Camping World in Wentzville, Missouri. Called to make an appointment. Time and date given but were told we would be called back once person looked up specifics of recall. No return call. RecommendedThe service department is excellent! Very honest and competent. I thought I might need two new house batteries and they figured out we hadn’t had a switch in the right position to charge them while driving. Saved us a lot of money! I highly recommend this rv service department!

The online customer service is terrible. I waited 30 minutes to talk to someone about an order. They finally answered and proceeded to hang up on me. I tried again and waited 40 minutes to have their automated system transfer me to voice mail. I really doubt they will call me back. I ordered a part on June 22nd. It is now June 29th and I never got an email saying it has shipped. Like they say they do. Chat line said I needed to call the vendor even though Camping World charged my credit card immediately. Received our brand new RV & it was stripped. Walls not glued. DVD player skips. No one will service here (Fife) under warranty without attitude Called. Texted. Still no bunk ladder or schedule for sealant. Asked for $2000 refund on sealant - silence. Never heard from again. All the bad reviews sadly are legit. They are wonderful. Until they’ve hooked you.
