I had my roof done by Diamond roofing a few years ago. I had some water leakage from my roof and reached out to them to come by and have a look and confirm that the repair would be covered under their 10 year warranty. I called and week ago and was advised by Jeff he would be by on Monday. Monday came and went, no visit, no call. I spoke to him Monday night, was assured he would come the next day, a repeat of Monday and then the same thing on Wednesday. I called Thursday, no answer, no return call. Jeff and his crew saved me from thousands in water damage by replacing my roof shingles within 24 hours of being quoted. His prices are fair and he’s got a great reputation in the neighborhood from others who have used his services.
False advertising on face book and on messenger at $5 a pop and his excuse was bungalow . As 90% of the homes in Toronto area are second floor . Unreal advertising . Do not use this company and there are nothing true about it .
