The maintenance staff is far better than the previous ones. They are professional, attentive and friendly. The only issue I really have is the stench coming from certain apartments in Bldg 9 especially near the elevator.
No city-traffic-noise!!! Peacefull,quiet,relaxing, just what the Dr. ordered!!!!!Thank-You*~
Seniors are made to put their own trash into a dumpster . Elevator is broken. The motor has needed to be replaced for several years . And the rent is over a $1000.00. Not to much going for this senior apartment
Property is nice and well kept. Filomena did such a great job helping my grandma move into her new apartment. She was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Thanks Diamond Rock and staff!!!
