I lived at one of Diamond Rock's properties in Destin, Fl for over 5 yrs. with my 91 yr old Mother. We were excellent tenants. We were never late with our rent and never reported to the leasing office for anything!! My Mother passed Feb 20, 2026. I immediately notified the office that I had to move as I am disabled and didn't make enough in disability to cover the rent on my own. In March I paid the full months rent $2415.
