Nice clean units in a town full of not so nice rental options. Fairly new units in nicer parts of town. When we moved out we felt the process was smooth and as we took good care of our duplex we received almost our entire deposit back.Everything was great until Krystal left. She was always professional and timely. We moved into another until after she left the new manager was consistently late, curt, and our inspections were not handled very well. clean units but horrible manage team. takes forever for them to respond back to you if they ever do lol. charge you for stupid maintenance things and when your lease is up they dont tell you there putting you on month to month and charge you \$50 more.
NEVER RENT FROM DIAMOND ROCK CONSTRUCTION!!!! They will screw you over and charge you hundreds of thousands of dollars when you move out, even if you did leave the place you rented in better shape than when you moved out! I STRONGLY encourage you to look for different places to rent, Ive lived in several places and I have ALWAYS gotten my full deposit back, besides DiamondRock which is charging us tons of money for things they cant prove were wrong with our place.
