they are scammers. they sold us something that wasn't worth the money. refused a refund until we said we was going to write a bad review which here i am now doing. they never mentioned no refunds it is not printed anywhere in the store. Only on the paper after you buy it.... than the man was really rude yelling at a 16 year old.. not good on his point. and the old lady was rude as well. the younger lady sold the ring to us which was fake. go buy something off amazon it's cheaper and real!!

I'm offering free photos and autographs as the first person to ever complain in 17 years about their no refund policy. You can meet me there the next time I'm in front of their store. It may be a while though... Buyer Beware. All sales final, no refunds. My wife bought me a stainless steel men's bracelet (beautiful) but it was too small. I went into the store to see if they could add a link. To their credit, they did offer to switch out the bracelet but there was simply nothing else like it in the store. 2 days before Christmas went in a purchased gold cross for my daughter. After they offered $175 we agreed to $150. When my daughter went back alone to pick up on 27th they charged an additional $50. So now I’ve paid more than they originally asked for! Dishonest practices and took advantage of a young girl when she went back alone. Liars.
