Originally bought a beautiful bracelet that broke on the same day!!!!!! Went back and exchanged it for a different piece that definitely was not the same price I paid but oh well right. We a couple months down the line and this new bracelet also broke!!!! Terrible business I feel scammed and taken advantage of. What made it worse it that it was a familiar face that sold it to me

ZERO STARS. BEWARE: do not do business with Diamond Ring Company at the Mall of Georgia in Buford. They will not take your concerns seriously and they do not care about providing customer service that is even minimally acceptable. Go across the street to Jared or Guven and they will treat you well. To Nina, the store manager: you have some of the worst customer service skills I have ever seen.
