Long story short they are scammers!!!! A year ago I wanted to upgrade my wife's ring so I brought them my wife's old engagement ring that I paid 3K for. We found a ring at this Mall Of GA store that I was told was 2Carat ring. I traded in my wife's old ring and paid 2500 for this new ring. Now that I've been trying to sell it I had taken it to a few diff jewelry's and they said it's maybe a carat and half and it's LAB diamonds. Worth 300-600$. Look, this is a mall jeweler. But if you’re knowledgeable about jewelry, have an idea of what you want and have a budget you’ll 100% find something good. I’ve gotten an engagement ring ( I get a TON of compliments on) 2 men’s wedding bands, a tag chain , a gold chain with pendant and got 2 rings from my collection resized by their in house jeweler/ repair guy. I drove over 40 minutes to pick up a repair that I was told that would be ready 5/27 with no specific time pick up when I got there, they said that I cannot pick it up until after 5 o’clock, which I was not told whenever I left it now I have to drive 45 minutes back home and wait (it is 11:15) what a wast of time and gas!!!!!
