Ryan at Diamond Ridge was great to work with. He responded promptly to every request I had. When rain interrupted the work, he was on site to check on tarping of the roof. The roofing crew did a great job, were courteous and did a great job of cleaning up after the work was done.
Sawyer is great to work. Notified us about any problems and/or delays with the removal of the old siding and installation of the new siding.
It was a true pleasure working with Diamond Ridge again on our siding project. We are an eight unit condominium complex. We had used them previously for roofing. Sawyer Shaw was our project manager. The minute he met with me to go over the extent of our project, I knew that we wanted Diamond Ridge to do this project for us. If you are looking for an honest, committed company who will help you navigate whatever project you need done, Diamond Ridge is who you should call. When I discovered that the company who replaced my roof three years ago made a serious mistake that resulted in major damage to the entire upper half of my house, I called Diamond Ridge for an inspection of the damage and a quote for repair, and they sent Sawyer Shaw to come take a look. Review for Sawyer We were extremely impressed with our experience with Diamond Ridge. Sawyer, who was our project manager, quickly responded to our request for an estimate on siding and a new roof. He listened to what we envisioned and gave us guidance about options and possibilities. He went over his initial design with us and made changes as we walked through it.
