Matt *******d went above and beyond to help us with some mold and leaky roof issues. He responded day of my request for service, and was super friendly and ready to get to the bottom of our problem. After a thorough inspection he returned a couple days later and cleaned up the mold, and touched up our ceiling. You'd never even know we had a problem! It was great to, also, follow-up with him via text for any remaining questions I had. He was awesome!
We recently bought a home that had water damage/ mold. Matt was friendly, knowledgable, patient and honest in explaining our options, answering our questions, and helping us make an informed decision about the course of action we wanted to take. He provided prompt service and communicated the progress of the project throughout, coming back in the evenings to do walk-throughs with us and explaining the work he had done. We are very pleased with the end product, and would seek Matt's services in the future.
We recently had Matt do a mold remediation in our basement and were very pleased with his completion of the project. He was very prompt, thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He worked very hard at giving us the best possible results. His pricing was reasonable. We would not hesitate to use him again or to recommend him to family or friends.
Matt has been cleaning my carpets for some years now and always does an excellent job. He is very flexible with my schedule and comes out when I need him... even Saturdays, and at a reasonable price. He actually got my carpet cleaner than ZeroRez did! Very happy with the company!
