I made a very big mistake when I hired Diamond Renewable Energy. Their sales person said all the right things during the initial discussions, and I then paid the 75% deposit Cole insisted on. I should have listened to my gut, and walked away then. Communication has been terrible, and when Cole does reply with commitments, he rarely follows through. I recently had a service issue with my system and wanted to share my experience with Diamond Renewable Energy. After a little bit of initial phone tag, which was completely understandable given how busy they are, the service I received was outstanding. Once we connected, communication was excellent.
