Edit (Jan 14, 2026): Documentation such as SLD, Hydro documentation & permit confirmation were received on Jan 12 Received written confirmation today that install will begin on Jan 20. As compensation, Cole promised to discount the install by the theoretical production of November, December and January. I had 49 panels installed on my roof in 2024. Two panels are not producing energy. I have contacted the company multiple times about the issue and they have ghosted me every time Very disappointing customer service
