Haven’t rent it from them yet, but overall just by me coming to visit and looking at one of their properties. Great customer service excellent staff looking forward to being One of their tenants

One star is too much. Jessica Peters kicked me and my kids out of our home we lived in for 10 years and never once late on the rent. Gave us one week to have everything out. I had to pay another month's rent just to have time to get stuff out when I already paid last month's rent when we moved in. Rotten floors, mold, mushrooms growing up through the floor for 7 years.
