Ann is knowledgeable in all things real estate and is extremely competent. She is managing property for me and stays on top of things so that my property is kept up; she alerts me of any problem and after getting my permission she has the problem fixed. She knows New Bern inside and out so she knows all the competent/price worthy repair services. On top of that, she is outgoing and friendly and so easy to work with; she is hiring staff with the same positive qualities. I recommend her without hesitation.
