Diamond Property Management is basically a slum lord. Takes them months to replace lights outside. Every appliance and flooring are all close to 20 years old. Maintenence for inside of apartment takes weeks. Building manager wanted me to pay rent to her then she would pay the owners.. she was scamming the tensnts. Stay away
