We were looking at wanting to view Jackson Farm apartments in Oshkosh. After waiting almost a month, we were finally given the opportunity, or so we thought. I took time off of work to go and look at the property ( on dau and time theu told me) but received a text message saying to log in to view a short video and live chat. I moved there in November 2018. I had good maintenance service and also I liked the Havenwood Apartments. The only apartments I can comment on is the Havenwood Apartments. It was a peaceful place to stay at. It was one of my favorite places I stayed at.

Seniors BEWARE! THIS COMPANY WILL HOLD YOU HOSTAGE IN YOUR APARTMENT IF YOU TRY TO MOVE OUT IN WINTER! What they r doing to a 86 year old woman is insane at Homestead Apartments in Milton, WI. It makes me sick a that this company takes advantage of the elderly. I am reporting this to tv media and better business bureau. NO STAR RATING

This business does not rate even one star. I co-signed on an apartment for a disabled SSDI recipient. As co-signer, I'm responsible for making sure we live up to our part of the contract. However, Diamond neglect to keep me informed, such as notifying me when rent is due, if it is paid on time, etc. They sent me email notices of rent due for a couple of months, then cut off notices, then reinstated me for one month, then dropped notification again. Poor communication, they use having 300+ properties to maintain as an excuse not to do their job. The maintenance companies they use are unethical and price gouge. I’m constantly needing repairs on the same things. I was with Diamond property management from when they started with 1 employee handing it, who did an excellent job. But now they have grown it’s been nothing but problems. I would not recommend this company unless they revert back to it he customer care I signed up with 8 years ago.

Upon renting my apartment maintainance was rapid. The grounds appeared in good order and the management told me they were going to improve the playground area and some other things. To begin with AFTER signing the lease and paying my security deposits the manager didn't return my phone calls requesting the keys! I've been here about 8 years now. The grounds are terrible. They raised nearly everyone's rent to the maximum allowed by WHEDA and HUD. They didn't HAVE to do this they CHOSE to. Many of us are on fixed or very limit... read more

I've been living with Diamond Property Management for about a year now and it has been the most pleasant experience I've had with renting. The manager, Susan, always responds fast and it's a quiet, clean place. I love my apartment!
