Absolutely horrible. Was very quickly denied a rental on the phone because i didn't have a job. Tried to explain that we are self employed, and have more than enough in reserve to cover rent for a long time. Tried to explain that we have a manufacturing business we are relocating to this area that will be more than enough income. This doesn't matter apparently.
