I’ve known Misty for years, her high level of expertise teaching Pilates is wonderful. Misty has such a calm presence and is able to explain the method in a such a visual manner that anyone can follow along and feel the difference within their body. I would highly recommend classes or privates whether on the equipment or mat, Misty is one of the best teachers!
There is one major reason I returned to work as a dental hygienist only a month after braking my clavicle and scapula racing my mountain bike and it’s Diamond Peak. Rodrigo and Misty are awesome! If you’re looking to bounce back from a little boo boo (�) like mine or just want to shred life at a higher level with a pro bike fit, PT or Pilates give them a try!

Diamond Peak keeps me young! Twice a week Pilates with Misty and a tune up every now and then with Rodrigo. I love them both and don’t know what I’d do without their knowledge and treatment! Thank you both for being SO awesome!
