He was completely untrustworthy and engaged in fraudulent and deceptive practices. I hired him to resolve my tenant issues, which proved to be the biggest mistake of my life. Jessica, Shan, Fred, Ferdaus, and Jilian, among others, were used as names to confuse me in different ways. Used fake License number ! He manipulated my case and misrepresented it to the landlord and the tenant board. Despite receiving my payment, he never appeared in court and refused to provide any documentation.
