Highly recommend Diamond One Team! LaNeil and David were helpful from day one answering all of our questions as first-time home buyers. They were also very understanding and accommodating of our special circumstances as an active duty military family. We moved to Florida from out of state and they sent us numerous walk-thru videos of homes we were interested in, allowing us to put an offer on a home without seeing it in person (which is a bit of a nerve-racking thing!). 10/10 David and LaNeil have now sold a house for us, and helped us purchase a house. They are the absolute best! If you are military, then they are a no brainer. They know exactly what you need if you are stationed somewhere else or on a short tour. They will seriously walk you through every step! Thanks team!
