I arrived at this shop 6:30 am., 8-13-26. I called the 24hr number 5 times and left messages. No one picked up or called back to confirm if someone would be here shortly or at all. If your business states 24hrs. There should be someone available 24hrs. This is false advertisement. I'm glad there was another Tire service place close by. Because if you guys can't answer the phone. I'm pretty sure your business is shady as well. Get a answering service or something. Jeesh!
I bought tire and it gave me issue and they help me out and swap it IT NO WARRANTY BUT SINCE I JUST GOT TIRE THEY TOOK CARE OF ME
I was sold a bad tire. Went back to have it replaced and turns out he only patched it. I got the first tire on 6/17, but when I awoke the next morning it was completely flat. I went back 6/18 to just request a different tire and the guy acted as if he didn’t want to be bothered with me. I sat there 2 1/2 hours before I was actually serviced. Today is 6/28 and the tire has now started losing air again. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a used tire. Go at your own risk.
I go there every time I have a tire issue, and have been for 11 years. The gentlemen are very knowledgeable about fixing or replacing tires. Never had a problem with them, they are willing to help in any way they can. And they listen to the customer.
