I asked for dip powder and was told that gel builder would be better. I said no thank you, I would like to stick with dip. They proceeded to do what I can only assume is gel builder "because it is better and will be more shiny." I asked for a rounded square and came out with very sharp square and there are divots and bumps from where they glued on tips. Now, less than three full days later I have a chip in the corner of one nail, and another the tip is already peeling off.

Lady giving me a pedicure wasn’t very thoughtful. Place was dirty and massage chair didn’t work correctly. Massage chair remote was covered in nail dust and tools looked unsanitary. My toenails are uneven. Wax was extremely hot and burning my foot. Used to be a lot better and now it’s gone terrible never coming back again. Paid $80 and left with a headache. I never leave bad reviews but I was so sad when I left with my experience. I just wanted to get a nice pedicure for my vacation. Wish I asked for a refund.
Usually my pedicures are good but not today. The bottom of my feet are sticky, my heels are dark, and my feet are very dry.
