Went in to get two nails fixed and they were nice at first. Then, all of a sudden, changed their minds and said no, they couldn’t do it, they didn’t have time, AFTER two women said yes and looked at my two nails. There were three ladies there, one actually working, the other two just sitting, doing absolutely nothing!! They were dismissive and rude. Walked in on Saturday and the staff was able to fit me in quickly. Clean salon and friendly staff. Make an appointment or walk in, you won’t regret it.
Took an hour and a half, I left with several fingers bleeding. My hands are sore today. I was charged $55 for a $45 service. I called the next day to see about getting them fixed but was told they’re busy and would call me later. I called back a few hours later and asked for a refund, which they provided.
Our first visit. The spa is very clean and staff so kind. Wonderful manicure and pedicure for both of us. One regular polish and the other gel. Thank you
