I’ve been a client for years but the quality of this place has gone down drastically. I recently booked an online appointment with Ella, I chose her because she’s usually good with designs. Ella showed up an hour late to our appointment, whereas Julie had gotten started on my gel manicure. I had grown out my natural nails after months to a decent length. I wish I could do no stars gel x is pushed on you when u ask for acrylics gave them 3 chances this last time paid 100 for gel x xl with black french tip for them to break off less then 2 weeks later
