I’ve been coming to Diamond nails for about 6+ years and I would not go anywhere else Ella is the best she is really nice and she does a great job with me she has been very helpful and very supportive to me as well I just love her and I recommend her to anyone looking for someone who knows what they are doing. You won’t regret it trust me.
They have horrible customer service. They have no professionalism, instead of having a great customer service they team up against the customer and provide horrible service. How are you going to charge me $50 for a pedicure that I am not satisfied with at all, even owner didn’t bother and correct her employ. It just demonstrates that they hire anyone here without knowing how to provide proper service. The worker said in order to remove my ingrowns I have to go to the doctor, excuse me !!! I’ve been a client for years but the quality of this place has gone down drastically. I recently booked an online appointment with Ella, I chose her because she’s usually good with designs. Ella showed up an hour late to our appointment, whereas Julie had gotten started on my gel manicure. I had grown out my natural nails after months to a decent length.
