Had a great experience with Chloe- she took her time, was friendly, and my nails look great!
It was my first time there. Cleanliness and greeting were top notch, however, my nails did not turn out as expected. I booked for a fullset of acrylics, removal, trim/length, I even placed it in the notes when I booked the appointment that I currently have acrylics on and would need to soak off and do a new set. The technician kept insisting a refill, I explained I've had three refills before and would like them longer, that's what I booked for. Service was mediocre.
