I have natural long nails and get dip. “Mimi” cut my ring finger and it still burns 4 days later and my hair is getting caught under the nail? Very lumpy? She asked if I wanted my nails shorter… I said VERY LITTLE!! She took them down so much??? I paid and went outside and had to go back in because 4 of the nails weren’t shining anymore. Today was the first time we went here. We went for a basic pedicure. The technicians were talking their language & laughing very loudly, it was very disruptive! It was not a relaxing experience. Their work was less than acceptable & overpriced. The 2 of us were the only ones in the shop on a Saturday! That should have been a red flag to us. They showed us a price list then when we went to pay it was much higher, they charge for extras that should be included in the pedicure.
