Customer service is not good. The lady that runs the shop encourages people to make appointments if you don't want to wait for your preferred nail tech, however appointments are not honored. Despite making an appointment every time, I routinely have to wait for my nail tech to be available for me. Today, I waited over 30 minutes before I ended up leaving, and she wasn't even close to being done with the customer she was with when I left. Worst pedicure and experience I have had in 45 years!!! Not only is the place old and all the nail polish were think old and clumpy… they had to have my daughter and I keep picking new colors because the ones we picked were all old and clumpy they said! Then they wouldn’t let my 4 year old daughter sit next to me even though there was an open seat. The lady who did my pedicure flew through my pedicure… it was only 20 minutes start to finish. I’m too picky for my nails.Tina is absolutely the best!!! It is not a fancy salon, But the stuff is so nice and Tina does amazing nails! Tina ! U R the BEST 💖
Nails 6 days later. It's so bad. She left behind old gel from my previous set at the edges and it all started to peel off with 2 days. She also did not ask what nail shape I wanted and gave me these weird square shaped. Avoid this place
