I was really hoping this would become my go-to nail place, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. One of my nails I received was crooked, and several of the nails were left quite lumpy. When I pointed it out, it didn’t seem like much care was taken to correct it. I ended up having to reshape them myself at home. I truly wish more attention had been given to the overall craftsmanship.

Customer service is not good. The lady that runs the shop encourages people to make appointments if you don't want to wait for your preferred nail tech, however appointments are not honored. Despite making an appointment every time, I routinely have to wait for my nail tech to be available for me. Today, I waited over 30 minutes before I ended up leaving, and she wasn't even close to being done with the customer she was with when I left. Worst pedicure and experience I have had in 45 years!!! Not only is the place old and all the nail polish were think old and clumpy… they had to have my daughter and I keep picking new colors because the ones we picked were all old and clumpy they said! Then they wouldn’t let my 4 year old daughter sit next to me even though there was an open seat. The lady who did my pedicure flew through my pedicure… it was only 20 minutes start to finish.
