The people were super rude to my in laws and myself. They made my toe nails bleed and was moving way to fast on our nails. Not clean at all. There was no structure when it came to who was next for getting their nails done. Staff was eating with the door open and the fumes of an acrylic was not ok. Never going back to this place ever again. Add: it’s a couple of days later and my toe nail is now swollen and infected because she had dug and took out apart of my nail that she didn’t have to do…

Very unprofessional and extremely rude. The older lady at the first table to the right when you walk in did my nails, and the entire experience was horrible. She did not do what I asked for, even after I corrected her multiple times. While filing, she cut into several of my fingers, causing them to bleed. My fingers were extremely sore from the cuts, and I was in pain throughout the appointment. She never apologized and continued working as if nothing had happened. The environment was very unsanitary. This was my first time at this nail salon, and the service was horrible. The older lady at the first station on the right, who is also the cashier, did my nails and cut every single one of my fingers. I told her multiple times that she was filing too deep and cutting my skin, but she ignored me. I walked out in tears from the pain. She also gave me a square shape after I clearly asked for almond twice, and the length and shape look completely wrong.
