I came in as a walk in the lady that sat me down said she booked an appointment for the same time I walked in wasn’t a big deal so I asked if I could come back later on and she said yes and set an appointment up for 6-6:30. I got there 15 mins early to make sure I had time to figure out what I wanted and I sat there for an hour before someone even said something or asked me what I was getting and even after she asked what I wanted she walked away and I sat there for another 30 mins.
