I gave this place three tries and I’m done. First time last summer I went for an ANC manicure (with an appt) and waited over an hour before being serviced. The second time was a few months ago for a pedicure with some friends and again waited over 30 min with an appt before getting serviced. Today I had an appt for 6:30. We were not addressed until 7:10 and the woman ultimately told us she scheduled us for the wrong day and couldn’t help us. Will not be going back. Do not recommend. I came in as a walk in the lady that sat me down said she booked an appointment for the same time I walked in wasn’t a big deal so I asked if I could come back later on and she said yes and set an appointment up for 6-6:30. I got there 15 mins early to make sure I had time to figure out what I wanted and I sat there for an hour before someone even said something or asked me what I was getting and even after she asked what I wanted she walked away and I sat there for another 30 mins. My Wife sat here for a hour waiting to get her nails done they set her up with a appointment at 6 o'clock and we just sat there waiting.
