Manicurist spent a lot of time on phone while doing my nails. Resulting in me being there way too long. Shame on me I gave 20%+ tip. Service in the past had been ok. They take appts. but are always too busy to fulfill the time that has been scheduled. Not sure if I will return.
I gave this place three tries and I’m done. First time last summer I went for an ANC manicure (with an appt) and waited over an hour before being serviced. The second time was a few months ago for a pedicure with some friends and again waited over 30 min with an appt before getting serviced. Today I had an appt for 6:30. We were not addressed until 7:10 and the woman ultimately told us she scheduled us for the wrong day and couldn’t help us. Will not be going back. Do not recommend.
