I went here to get a fill. I had been to the salon before and they are always nice and do the shape I love. My tech took her time and made sure I liked what I wanted. They even changed my toe nail polish. The lady who did that was very nice and did a good job. My issue...the price. $40 for a polish change!! I would get it if I got a full pedi but I didn't. 1st time I got my nails done here I loved them. I made an appointment for a fill and when I got there the day of they seemed over booked. Towards the middle of my fill another lady was seated next to me and was told to select a color. From that point forward my nail tech seemed to rush the job and not really listen when I explained what design I wanted. Ended up with a crooked nail, sloppy mismatched paint job, and then 1 day after getting them done 1 broke. I will not be back
I absolutely love this place!!! Mrs Kim is always so welcoming and pleasant and Julie is an artist!! I can't say enough about her I have the most wonderful experience every time with her and with Linda also!!
I must say this was truly the best pedicure & manicure I’ve received in a long long time!!! It was awesome!! Hot towels wrapped around my legs and paraffin wax gets put on your feet as well…then come the hot stones massage your feet and legs as well…just incredible!!! Tina is truly great at what she does!!! She did exactly what I asked for and my manicure was a lil harder for her beings I have very short nails and didn’t want tips!!! It’s definitely worth the drive from Latrobe!!! I will be going here from here on out!!!
My pedicure was great but for some reason I asked for a full set and she gave me poly x gel (whatever that is) I’ve been getting my nails done for almost 20 years and never had anyone lie to my face about the service I was receiving. It truly has put a bad taste in my mouth which is why I’m writing this review. I sat extra time for a removal of my nails!
