Paid for their deluxe pedicure. This was supposed to include extended foot and leg massages. The foot massage was in one place on each foot and lasted less than one minute. There was no leg massage. The towels were cold, the water was cold. She charged me $5 for a nail file. Did not tell me on the phone to bring my own nail file. I brought my own nail polish and top coat, OPI.
