Disappointing customer service. I had a mani and pedi. One of my nails got chipped over night, and I wasn’t using my hands to do any labor. I call the nail tech to get it repaired and she did not give me priority. She also blamed me for the nail being chipped even though most likely was the quality of the polish she used as it she was having to scrape the last bit out of the bottle. If your job fails you should prioritize repairing that first. She also communicated one price and then charged my cc more. Very rude and unprofe... read more
