I went with the intention of getting an eyebrow wax and a basic pedicure. I was going to use a $50 gift certificate gifted to me from my Grandfather a few years ago. I understand it took some time for me to use it, but there was absolutely no note, no terms and conditions, no notice of any kind regarding an expiration date.
