I've been looking for a new nail salon for several weeks now as my normal go-to tended to only want to do solid colors, no designs. I was able to book an appointment today with Ashley and my goodness-she was amazing! My daughter can be a little chatty and she just hopped right in with whatever silly conversation my kiddo started and acted like they were old friends just talking about life. Horrible customer service
Kaitlyn is the best! When I needed my nails done for Smoky Mountain Terror in May (Ghosts and Ghostface nail) I loved how she did them! I been coming here since. She is awesome her employees are very nice and friendly. Highly recommend coming to Diamond Nail Lounge!
