Poor service i waste more then $100 bucks for pedicure and nails , over charged just for gel , not good shape of my toe nails and gel was started coming off at night
Got my sisters nails done, but the manager was very rude and terrible to her worker, asking them to hurry up like multiple times. Acrylic’s are supposed to be done carefully and patiently but the manager would not shut up. She even would show her worker something on her phone, which was obvious that she had translated something for the worker to understand because they spoke different languages, then the manager left the artist saying “you know then they complain later” very obviously talking about customer /us. I don’t usually write reviews, but today was my last straw with this place. I got a manicure on Friday by Saturday. One of the nail came off. I called the shop immediately a guy answered. I told him I wasn’t gonna have time to come in that day cause I had to work, but I’ll be there by Wednesday. By today, I only have two nails left the moment I walked in the shop. I will NEVER go back. Had a pedi a few weeks ago and a woman who I presume was the owner was literally shouting at one of her employees while he was doing my pedi. She was at the front of the salon working on a mani and I was in the back where the pedis are done and she was yelling incessantly at my guy across the salon. Love Rose. I get a great pedicure and she is so kind, gentle and friendly. She always remembers me and my family even though I’ve only seen her a few times. The shop is clean and welcoming!
