They charged me $20 misc charge because I left @ 9:05 and the gate hours are 6am to 9pm this was a one time event. I'm not somebody who does this regularly. Due to my heart condition I rarely even have the strength to come down here. I've been a tenant here for almost ten years safety has not been an issue. I'm never there, I never go into the office, I usually pay online. Raises rent a lot.
I've been a customer at this facility for many years. Management has always been wonderful people. This time, is no exception. Ana, the new property manager, has been so helpful, so kind, understanding and patient. I have always been sad to see the management change, but am extremely happy with Ana and her team. No complaints and nothing but praises from me She has helped me consolidate multiple storage units to save more money and helped make the transition easy.
