Bad attitude
They charged me $20 misc charge because I left @ 9:05 and the gate hours are 6am to 9pm this was a one time event. I'm not somebody who does this regularly. Due to my heart condition I rarely even have the strength to come down here. I've been a tenant here for almost ten years safety has not been an issue. I'm never there, I never go into the office, I usually pay online. Not cool, their customer service is garbage and the management is greedy it seems, so I will be clearing out of here as soon as I am able to. Unsatisfied ... read more
