Need a wheel chair for my wife that was covered by my insurance and all i got was a run a round, they would not give the wheel chair until they were ready. They received the script, they got the ok from the insurance company and just refused to release the wheel chair till someone a diamond medical supply ok'd tge deal. They are a waste of time and WILL NOT be doing business with diamond again. BEWARE!!!!

This was my second visit in the past month. Both times I was the only customer with at least three employees present, all preoccupied with either their own personal conversations or cell phones, none of which was focused on even greeting me. Really felt like I was bothering them (except a dark-haired woman that was on a business call and finally did take the time to motion someone would be with me). I was to receive supplies for my son's nebulizer. I was told that script was send from son's doctor on Friday. We stopped to get it, i was told it wasn't there. I drive 5 minutes away , they called me, and said had it. My wife return the next day and say I overheard the conversion with me, about have it. As she was going to leave, they magic just received again for second time. This was complete unprofessional and get the impression staff is underqualified for their jobs.
