The wheelchair was brand new. They showed me how to use it. Very fast and nice.
I ran into trouble with my oxygen unit on a Sunday afternoon. They called me back within 5 minutes and were there to fix it within the hour. I enjoyed the guy I worked with and he was happy to answer all my questions. He even called the next day to make sure everything was OK. I'm so happy I chose Diamond Medical and I will never use another company for my equipment.
