I can truly say that diamond mattress has excellent customer service! I am now 100% satisfied with the way they handles the product. I will tell everyone just how good they are. I am a very satisfied customer and will positively buy again from them.
Purchased a Serendipity and no Warranty support for my complaint of a smell. Their philosophy is " Too Bad". They have a warranty person come out and look and if he doesn't see anything, Warranty Claim DENIED. Watch out for warranty claims, they don't like to take care of customers.
I want the new CoolTouchGEL Memory foam mattresses! They feel heavenly!! How can I get it in Egypt??????????
