Jim was very friendly and attentive right from the beginning. He did several things for my husband and me while we were in Nebraska from out of town. He took the time to sort through and appraise jewelry for us. I was able to find a very pretty and simple watch that I love. He added two diamonds to my wedding ring as an anniversary gift. Wanting to update my wedding set to a wider band, Jim suggested a combination of rings from his display cases and to use my original diamond. He set my original diamond, resized and sautered the 3 bands together and it turned out amazing! I would highly recommend Jim for his craftsmanship, customer service and reasonably priced jewelry.
Very friendly, quick and excellent service, very reasonably priced! Jim fixed a crack in my engagement ring and even adjusted the prongs so my diamond is nice and tight! All within 48 hours of bringing it in. Beautifully done work; I will absolutely be returning for any jewelry needs in the future!
