DJ came out and looked over our unit that suddenly stopped working. DJ talked to me about the issue we were experiencing, took his time to diagnose the issue. He came out quickly and was able to get us up and running within a few hours. There’s a couple more things that need fixing but we can at least be warm during the cold weather. We appreciate the help from DJ and his respect.
We had a small leak from our indoor unit, and Dwight came in and checked for any issues, as well as answered our questions, and explained what he was doing. Super helpful being new homeowners, so that if something happens in the future we know what to check for. Thank you!

My ac went out last night and I was able to message Dwight the next morning. He responded in 20 minutes that he could hopefully fit me in that morning, and would give me updates on when he would be heading to my house. Even after a holiday, he was able to fit me in and was very professional on helping us with our need of ac, especially with this Texas heat.
