I've never been to this facility before, and was originally refused service. After literally defending myself due being told that I had been there before and didn't tip. After finally getting everything corrected, I was given horrible service. All that was done was a general rub down of some baby oil and a super quick massage that was barely felt. I will not be going back again and will be contacting my bank about the fact that they also charged an extra $20 more than what was the agreed for price.

Went here earlier today with a friend and was taken advantage of. We first walk in, the lady doesn't speak English, so we had to call her boss to translate. She is trying to refuse service to us because "the last time we were there, we didn't tip" even though we have never been there before. Gave $10 tip to get her to shut up and prove to her she was wrong. That was a mistake. She didn't give us a massage, she slapped baby oil on our backs and rubbed it into the surface of the skin.
