My initial experience was fine the ladies that work there are nice and welcoming. I got the membership for their facial, which were always beautiful and relaxing. The issue is when I tried to cancel my membership. I called on Saturday 7/11 and spoke with someone, told her I wished to cancel because it was no longer in my budget at this time and she said ok, stated something about a sponsorship and put my name on some list. I wanted to try a new lash salon my previous technician moved out of state. I found this place via Google. I wasn't happy with my experience. Immediately when you walk in it's an assembly line of lash installs. No privacy like I am use too. My biggest gripe is the attitude of the ladies at the front desk. Very nice nasty girls. The place is clean but I'll keep searching for a new lash home.

I was disappointed with my experience at Diamond Lash Beauty Lounge, specifically with how my concerns were handled. I am a newer client and since my first appointment, I felt that my lashes weren't quite the style I was looking for. Initially, I didn't say anything, but when I finally mentioned that I wanted to adjust the style, I was surprised by the owner's response.
