👎👎👎👎 I came from a very far location (NJ), and despite being only 15 minutes late, they immediately tried to charge me extra. Ironically, they didn’t even take me in on time and kept me waiting inside. It felt very unfair. The customer service was rude, and there was no solution or support offered after the session. They seem to keep the quality at a low level just to push you into continuing. Even when you reschedule with more than two days’ notice, they still try to charge you extra. Overall, not a good experience.

I had an amazing experience with Veronika! I originally went in for laser hair removal. She recommended me to do facial and I’m so glad that I did. My skin feels refreshed and it’s glowing! I highly recommend her for laser hair removal and facial, she always makes me feel comfortable and relaxed.
