Broke the lease one month early (with proper notice) and still had to pay a $1,000 fee PLUS cleaning fee PLUS the security deposit, which I had already paid twice upon moving into the previously mentioned units. Maintenance came very quickly, Paul was friendly and extremely professional. He resolved our issues and went about his day.
Aside from the new property manager thinking it’s funny to post about the way people look at the pool on social media. On numerous occasions, nothing has been done about the homeless living in the storage sheds, them meeting random people in the middle of the night and screaming in the back of the complex, and random people knocking on doors looking for said storage containers.
