I am still pleased that I chose Diamond Lakes as my new home in Lafayette, Louisiana. The property staff have resolved the maintenance issues around the property in a prompt and timely manner. What a top-notch experience!!!!! I would recommend Diamond Lakes to anyone who is looking for a nice, safe, clean, and peaceful place to live in the Lafayette area.
Me and my husband have been living here since August of last year and we love it very friendly staff and people.
Management worked promptly to make sure moved in comfortably and quickly. They took time to explain paperwork, including anything I had questions about. They were honest and patient, making my first moving experience a breeze! The unit was cleaned, top to bottom, prior to moving in. Would definitely recommend to give them a go!
Today, March 11, 2025 makes 4 months of living here. Living at Diamond Lakes has been great and a warm welcoming at home. The move in process was very quick and easy to get into for it being my first apartment. The managers take pride in this complex very serious which is why the property is very clean and kept up very well.
