I drove here from a suburb for a product that I needed urgently and the Ace Hardware website said was in stock, and it wasn't. They could have said "sorry, nothing we can do" and I would have understood. But Dave, the owner, spent at least 30 minutes with me and went out of his way to come with a solution that worked and that no big box store would have ever offered. While I was waiting several staff approached me to asked if I had been helped. Absolutely top notch customer care. Shop here!
My favorite ace. It's a neighborhood hardware store...the employees are nice and willing to go ahead little extra compared to home depot or menards.
Very wide variety of products/items. It doesn’t seem big enough to have much, however it definitely does. Absolutely an awesome owner and great employees. Joey the owner is professional, friendly and really made me feel something I’ve never experienced at the big box stores,( you know the ones)I made me feel appreciated as a customer.
