AJ has been great for my two High School football players. They both have gotten bigger, stronger, and faster. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to push their kids to the next level. He also has attended their game and supported them outside the gym.

Probably the best decision I’ve ever made is coming here. Training with an expert like Jordan genuinely changed the way I view fitness as a whole. She just had so much knowledge and was always pushing me to do my best in every single workout. I WFH, am always sitting as a desk, and used to have really tight hips and get some lower back pain. Incredibly knowledgeable and professional trainers, clean environment, and great equipment! As a Crossfit athlete, I'm used to training a lot of big movements and wasn't giving enough attention to my weak points.
