Went there today to get a Ralph Lauren watch from Walmart adjusted, and the links were removed and the service was complete within 2 or 3 minutes. With other local watch stores I've been in other places, even a simple link removal can take 10-20 minutes. The service is exceptionally fast, the staff is very warm and welcoming, and overall I thoroughly enjoyed it. Friendly and fantastic service at a fair price. We got a ring cleaned while we ate next door. Ring sparkles like it's new. Highly recommended.

Chris put a metal sizer on my ring because it was too big. Now it fits great. He's super nice too! Highly recommend!
