Bait and switch, Hidden fees.. Do not waste your time. The dealership promised certain price over the phone and online, but, at the very last moment, when I was at the dealership, after we agreed on price, brought the documents with "added equipment" worth 20% of the vehicle price. Luckily, I have not agreed to pull credit score and just walked out. I still wasted time driving there and back, and in the dealership.
Buying my 2025 Hyundai Palisade at Diamond Hyundai was genuinely a fun and stress-free experience. Jesse Monico was terrific; his friendly demeanor and clear explanations made all the difference. We breezed through the paperwork, and I was impressed by how everything was handled so efficiently. It's awesome to have a dealership that makes you feel at ease and focuses on customer satisfaction. Worst car sales experience ever. I’m pretty a reasonable person, but these guys are not. The price listed for a Honda Insight Hybrid dropped to $13k on Sunday, and I had spoken with a sales rep Brigitta about seeing the car during the week. On Tuesday, when I asked about the price jumping up to $15k, she said we’d discuss in person and make a deal.
