Luis and his crew responded quickly and kept in great communication throughout. I have a mini-split, and they're very knowledgeable about its maintenance requirements. Kevin arrived on time, wore booties inside my home, and was thoroughly professional. He cleaned the coils and filters, tested the refrigerant levels, and checked the system afterward. I'm so grateful. And the charge was very reasonable, too!
Kevin (and owner Luis) was great. Called yesterday with an indoor FC unit that wasn’t working. Kevin came out first thing in the morning and took the time to trouble shoot and got us back up and running. Ended up being a different issue than I thought. So glad to have it back up and running so quickly. Thank you!

The guy who came and fixed our AC unit outside was great super easy to get along with and talk to. He did a great job and a fast job at fixing it. After talking to Luis at Diamond HVAC services sounds like the only holdup was how long the owner of the house took to approve the fix of the AC unit. They also followed up the next day to make sure it was working.
